Prepare for integration with QuickBooks desktop software:

 
  1. From the computer where QuickBooks is installed, download and run the Setup Assistant.
  2. Select Next on the start screen.  Accept the license agreement and select Next.
  3. Enter your email address or Company ID, User ID and then the Password provided for PayClock Online.
  4. Select Login to verify the credentials.  The migration step will display.
  5. Select the desired option and press Next.
  6. Select the desired payroll product and select Next. Please Note: The actual integration step will be completed when the Setup Assistant install is completed.
  7. Define any time clocks if desired.
